My first visit there and unfortunately it was not good news. The staff was so compassionate and patient with me in taking all the time I needed to make the difficult decision of saying goodbye to my fur baby of 15.5 years. So thankful they brought us a blanket as my Mona loved being cuddled with them.

Our dog was almost 14 years old, he had showed signs of heavy breathing and couldn’t walk. We knew it was time for him to leave us. We took him in and staff was so nice, they let us stay with him until the end. We wanted his ashes and footprint. I went to pick up and everything was in a nice gift bag. Very thoughtful

We had to put our first born baby down and they were so sensitive and caring. They take such good care of our babies Marley and Remy we couldn’t be more comforted by this team. The vet tech is amazing, I’m so sorry I don’t recall her name, I think Ruth, cause she is the best and I can’t give her enough praise for how professional and compassionate she was. This office takes good care of our babies.

I took my American Staffordshire Terrier to the new groomer, Carlee, at Star Pet Grooming and I was so happy with the results! Vladimir’s seasonal skin issues were less red and irritated and he was clean, soft, and relaxed! Thank you Carlee, we will be lifelong clients!!

Wonderful, caring staff and Dr. Listened to my concerns and talked through solutions. Facility is spotless and very open. Exam room had a nice, soft blanket on the floor for my girl. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new vet and they were able to get me scheduled for a visit right away, which was a nice surprise. I like that they also have urgent care services. The vet is very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff takes extra time to explain the care recommended for my pets based on their lifestyle and age. This is something I’ve never had at any other vet. They seem to truly care for my pets well-being. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vet.

Star Vet Muskego takes the time to exam your pet and answer all questions. It’s evident they care about every pet that comes through the door. Dr. B and her staff were great with our boy!

What a wonderful facility! Send them an email in the wee hours of the morning and they responded promptly at 8:00 a.m. when they opened and were able to get my fur baby Benny in during the early afternoon. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff. It’s also very empowering when you see an all-female staff and I’m much appreciated that. Would definitely refer to all of my friends and family for there for babies.

Benny went from not feeling good and hiding behind the couch to being the king of his castle that he always is.

I went in for a possible UTI infection in my geriatric cat and ended up with an unexpected diagnosis of Lymphoma. The staff was extremely paitent and sympathetic to me as I navigated some really difficult decisions about medication and care. They helped me find an affordable solution to give my cat the best quality of life with her final days. Clean facility and excellent service!
